This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. All right, title and interest therein shall remain the property of WWS UK.
You are authorised solely to view the pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and view. You agree you will not duplicate, publish, modify etc. works from the website without the express consent of WWS UK; and you agree not to remove or alter any works from the website (or printed pages produced from it).
Unauthorised use of this website, in any form or capacity, may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Product Information
WWS UK products displayed on our website are available whilst supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our website may not be available. The prices displayed on our website are quoted in pounds sterling.

Sale of goods
WWS UK aims to provide you with a high-quality service. It is your responsibility to double-check your order on screen before providing your payment and submitting your order.
Following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.
1. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
2. The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order and payment in full is required to confirm your order. We do not offer any credit facilities.
3. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for the goods or we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which may occur if we do not supply the goods.
4. Orders can only be changed prior to despatch by WWS UK. Changes cannot be made to an order once the order has been despatched. If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately in writing to info@ukwws.co.uk.
5. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, however a delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence.
6. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days. WWS UK will arrange collection of these goods to be exchanged or arrange a refund for the amount paid for the goods. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. If the goods returned under this clause are found to be without fault these will be returned to you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Price and Payment
At WWS UK, you can pay for your products using most major credit and debit cards, or any other payment method which we make available to you at the time of your order. Payment for all orders must be made in full on our payment page. Be aware that online payment transactions are subject to online validation checks by the card issuer and we are not responsible if the card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. WWS UK products will not be despatched until the order has been authorised and full payment accepted. Please note that if your card issuer charges a processing fee, WWS UK is not responsible for this.

Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute that may arise under or in connection with the Terms of Use. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence of other relevant country.
