Your full consumer protection rights apply and you have seven working days from date of delivery to cancel your order and return the goods (in an undamaged condition) for a full refund of the purchase price.
If we send you the wrong item, we will cover the return postage and despatch the correct item. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please e-mail us and we will arrange return and a credit or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a change of mind - we will exchange if the item is returned in 'as new' condition but the additional postage costs incurred must be at your expense.
Please note: we must be notified no later than four weeks after you have placed your order. If you have not notified us within this time limit we may not be able to accept returns or re-send items lost in the post.
